- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, center-cut pork chops
- 1/3 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
What To Do
- Season your pork chops with salt and pepper and set aside.
- On a plate combine the bread crumbs and Rosemary and press both sides of the pork chops into the mixture to coat.
- In a large skillet heat the olive oil, once hot add pork chops and cook 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
