- 1 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 3 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
What To Do
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a large bowl until creamy.
- Add the egg and Vanilla into butter mixture and beat until blended.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg and gradually beat flour mixture into sugar mixture, mixing until well blended.
- Fold in oats and raisins.
- Drop dough by the teaspoon onto a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
