- 1 1/4 cup All-Purpose flour
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cups sweetened, dried cranberries
What To Do
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the flour, oats, Baking Soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl combine your sugar, butter, and sour cream and beat at high speed until smooth.
- Add in the Vanilla and egg whites to the sugar mix and beat well.
- Gradually beat in your flour mixture until well blended, then fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips.
- Drop the cookie dough by the tsp on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until desired done-ness is reached.

This recipe makes 2 1/2 dozen, delicious cookies when using a 1 tsp scoop.
